An EPC Relief Fund for victims of Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria has been established. Donations can be made directly on the EPC website, epc.org, or by check written to First Presbyterian Church with "EPC Disaster Relief" in the memo.
Spare Change Sunday - Sunday, October 29. Mark your calendar and please consider opening your piggy banks for this special offering after church. The Mission Committee will use your spare change to help fund our church obligation to provide lunch at Grace Resurrection Community Center. Thank you in advance from the Mission Committee.

Ignite Your Spiritual Fire, Catch the Sparks! On Saturday, November 4 at 6 p.m., First Presbyterian Church invites the community to a free concert devotional featuring Greg and Rebecca Sparks. This wonderful event will feature live music and focus on discipleship. Their music and stories bring together individuals from many communities to inspire and deepen faith all in one heart and voice giving thanks and praise to Jesus. We are very excited to host this special event. Please plan to come and join in the love of Jesus, while enjoying fellowship with others. Greenville Lions Club will host a Chicken Barbeque Dinner (1/2 chicken, applesauce, chips, and roll) on Thursday, November 9 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Meals cost $7.00 each and are carryout only at Greenville Missionary Church, 1110 N. Broadway. Call 548-4826 to reserve your meal(s).
Trail Tribe Days Scheduled: Are you looking for a way to connect with nature or for a way to give back? Volunteering at the next Trail Tribe Day is for you! Come and get some moderate exercise while enjoying the great outdoors and helping us keep Chenoweth Trails looking great! During Trail Tribe Days, we clean trails, cut and stack wood, and may also work on special projects. Hot lunch will be served to our volunteers. Upcoming Trail Tribe dates are: Saturday, November 11 from 9 a.m. to noon; Saturday, December 9 from 9 a.m. to noon; Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 9 a.m. to noon; Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 9 a.m. to noon. An OSU Tailgate Party/Community Blood Drive will be held on Tuesday, November 14 from 12:30 - 6:30 p.m. at Greenville Church of the Brethren, 421 Central Avenue, in Greenville.

Calling all cooks, crafters, and talented people! The Mission Committee is sponsoring a Mission Support Bazaar after church on Sunday, December 3, 10, and 17. All monies raised will go to support our missionaries the Holcomb's, the Castellucio's, and others not mentioned. Please bring your Christmas crafts, treats, arts, or other "talents" to donate marked with the price you choose. Then stay after church and shop for this worthy Christian cause.

FISH Choice Food Pantry operates 12 months out of the year and accepts donations anytime. The pantry has a need for all non-perishable food items. There is also a need for personal products such as shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and any other things you might have. For a list of "suggested donations," download the flyer.
